Admins will not get involved with player disputes

Do not argue with an admin. The Community Owner will stand behind and back any of the Admins on any decisions they may make. Our Admins are friendly, helpful, and just want you to enjoy the game and community we have built.

RULE BREAKERS WILL BE HANDLED AT THE ADMINS DISCRETION.

• When joining and reacting to the bottom of this page, you are confirming to agree to follow these set of rules. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action. Spamming chat, vulgarities, toxicity will be handled how the admins deem necessary.

• Warnings may be issued as easily as an instant ban. Please keep our community safe and fun for everyone.

• We are unable to provide any donation refunds to persons or groups for loss of items, resources, in-game properties and so on, regardless of the reason.

• DO NOT Block or Mute any admin in our Discord. This is considered Disrespect to Admins. If things become heated please step out of voice, or "take five" from responding in a channel. Admins also have specific rules they must follow about confrontation. RESPECT your Admins.

• If you are unsure whether something is allowed or not, please place a support ticket with us, within discord and a TLA (Top Level Admin) will get back to you as soon as possible.

• We (the admin team), reserve the right to intervene in any situation where we feel things have gotten out of hand.

RULE BREAKING CONSEQUENCES

Our administrators reserve the right to jail, kick, ban, or wipe any tribe or player found not following our cluster rules without warning or notice. Although we do our best to notify and warn offenders before hand, harsh offenses are dealt with swiftly.

REPORTING INFRACTIONS

To report players, clans, or specific exploits on any of our servers, please contact us through our Discord, and fill out a support ticket. Our team will get back to you using the private thread provided. Please make sure you provide the best information you can at the time of your report. This means relaying as much information as you can to help our team investigate. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, videos, timestamps, names of characters and tribe/clan, and a good description of the issue. We MUST have proof to act!!

DISCORD & IN-GAME RULES

• No Swearing, sexual jokes, racist comments, inappropriate remarks or other language deemed in poor taste and being toxic in voice or text channels. Community channels are for ALL AGES, and this should be respected. No Pornographic or obscene images or language are to be posted in ANY channel.

• NO SPAM is allowed in any of the channels. DO NOT mass ping any player to get their attention. Players should not also use the @ here or @ everyone to get someone's attention. We try to keep pings to a minimum

• DO NOT post or DM unsolicited invites or links! Discord invites for Dino Shops within WildLands Gaming are ONLY allowed to be posted in any of the MARKETPLACE CHANNELS!!! Anyone found breaking this rule may face an immediate cluster ban.

• No personal threats, doxing, stalking. Please also make sure to get in touch with the local authorities in such similar cases.

• Please stick to a general set of guidelines of basic decency. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Harassments/Toxicity WILL NOT be tolerated. If you experience harassment or observe inappropriate content in-game, please report it to your admins and fill out a support ticket in our Discord.

• POACHING PLAYERS for other discords is a Community-Wide bannable offense.

ADMIN ABUSE CLAIMS

Accusing an admin of abuse because you don't like them or don't like the answer they've given will no longer be tolerated. Admins work tirelessly to make this community the best and most enjoyable around. So again, there are now repercussions for false accusations.

Admins reserve the right to investigate players and group belongings to make sure the cluster rules are followed. Some violations are not visible right away and need a closer look and this is made easier by using admin commands to investigate. Please don't get offended when this happens it doesn't mean you're under scrutiny it just means we are being vigilant and keeping rules in check, so the cluster is enjoyable and playable for all. Admin abuse is a very serious claim and one that is not taken lightly. If you have proof of this rest assured, it will be investigated and dealt with swiftly and accordingly.

STARTER PACK RULES

• We offer Starter Packs for SOME of the Game Servers we host. They are all different. To claim a starter pack, please check under the variouis game categories to open up a ticket to claim a starter for that specific game. (Note: Not all games will offer a starter pack.)

• New players are entitled to only ONE Starter Pack per player (not per map) for life.

• Your starter pack is meant to help you through your first few days in game. After that you are in control of your own adventure.

• If you have played on our cluster for more than 48 hours, you are not entitled to a starter Pack. It must be claimed within 48 hours of joining.

• If you have already had a starter Pack and try and scam for another you will be banned.

Gaming Community Guidelines

• Please remember that we are a gaming community that hosts various different games. Please keep related content to its related channels so we do not confuse new players joining us.

• If you do not see channels to the games you play, please make sure that you select the correct roles to access them!

• MAKE SUGGESTIONS! We love to hear from our community how we can make their experience with us better. If you have any ideas as to games we can server host or new things we can bring to the server we would love to hear your ideas! Please use the suggestions channels within the discord server and get your community involved!
